Restored Ships Pilots Chairs

These unusual chairs were sourced from the shores of India where early 20 th century ships and cruise liners such as the QE 2 are currently being dismantled.

These chairs would have been on the Captains Bridge and would have been sat on by the pilots.

Being from different ships the design of these varies between each chair - please look closely at the pictures.

They have been given a thorough sanding and re-varnished and the seats and backs have been re-upholstered in a simple linen - as an underlay for whatever final fabric you go for. 

These would look fantastic around a kitchen island or rather smart in a bar.
