19th Century French Shop Counter

This late 19th Century antique shop counter was sourced from a shop in Provence.
Lovely authentic original paint with masses of wear and patina. A few bumps and scrapes to the body but generally in good structural condition. A few signs of historic worm mostly to the underside which we have treated to be on the safe side. The top is oak, complete with coin slot.
It's unusual to find a shop counter which is the correct height for a kitchen island and with an overhang making it comfortable to sit at.
