The cupboard has a wonderfully muted palette of soft greys and blues, worn back to reveal earlier layers and raw timber beneath.
Internally, the cupboard offers practical storage, while externally the angled form allows it to sit neatly into a corner, making it both decorative and functional. The simple iron hinges and understated construction are typical of rural Scandinavian furniture of the period.
