Vintage Workshop Table

This unusual early 20th century workshop table was reclaimed from a large cabinet makers factory in the North East of France.

The table has a cupboard and draws along the vertical front edge.  Some of these draws have 'multi sections' which will pull out, however, they are very useful for small bottles.  As can be seen from the pictures the back edge of the table is at a non vertical angle, which is rather unique, and does enable stool or chairs to stow away under the edge.

The table has original blue / gray paint on the base and a very thick unfinished work surface which incorporates a trough - which would have been used for tools.

The table is very sturdy and heavy - ideal as a kitchen island or waiter station.
