Our bespoke furniture service focuses primarily on painted furniture, developed alongside our collection of decorative European antiques and vintage pieces. Many of our commissions are informed by historic Italian furniture, particularly harlequin and patterned designs, reinterpreted for contemporary interiors while retaining a clear sense of provenance and craft.
Working closely with interior designers and private clients, we design and produce handmade furniture tailored to specific spaces, proportions, and finishes. Pieces may take reference from traditional forms or motifs, but are always adapted in scale, surface, and detailing to suit modern settings and individual projects.
Alongside patterned work, we also produce painted furniture with quieter surfaces — distressed, layered, or softly crackled finishes that develop depth and character over time. Our approach favours subtle ageing, considered colour, and finishes that feel settled and tactile rather than decorative for decoration’s sake.
Bespoke furniture can be commissioned for private homes, interior design projects, and commercial spaces.
