Vintage Pommel Horse Bench

We are big fans of these early 20th Century pommel horses - sourced in the Czech Republic.

We have cut the legs down so that they are a suitable height to sit on. Fantastic character and patina to both the leather and the legs.  This one has a particular mark at one end and it has been stitched at both ends.

We love these as benches along a table, in the hallway, at the end of the bed or as we have, in our house in front of the fire.

Very sturdy, plenty of life in the thick leather and fairly heavy.
